This does carry a benefit in that newer cards tend to be more available and more readily reprinted, but it does run the risk of eroding Commanders charm and personality

Id say that Cave of the Frost Dragon is the next best fit by color, though its just a bit too inefficient to activate to really move the needle, and Hive of the Eye Tyrant is the next most powerful of the lot but that black aggressive decks just dont tend to have the best tools in most Cubes
