I add this card to most of my casual Commander decks because its almost never a bad draw due to its low cost and flexibility

She probably never saw any competitive play, except maybe in some burn decks

I won't pretend Faerie Mastermind is the equal of either of those powerhouse enchantments, but it's still a great card and if you're not running it, you probably should

I think it is in good enough condition to be used as an ornamental item

There are multiple cards that care about the number of creatures you control such as Riona Heartilly and Snow Villiers to encourage you to go into Selesnya if you get them in your pool
